Ingredients
. two tsp vegetable oil
· 100g pepperonis (sliced)
· one onion (sliced)
· two corn cobs
· two zucchinis (sliced)
· two garlic cloves (chopped)
· 6 eggs
· ½ cup milk
· 2tbsp parsley (chopped)
· one cup cheese cheese (grated)
· 50g cheddar (crumbled)
· condiment (to serve)
Method
Take a pan and warmth oil in it. Then add pepperonis with onion and keep stirring often, for a minimum of 2 minutes. Add corns, zucchinis and cut garlic in it. combine overrun a medium-low flame, till the pepperonis ar crisp and vegetables ar tender. Then take an oversized bowl and whisk eggs, milk, parsley and 1/2 the cheese cheese in it. Take a grill pan and warmth oil. Pour the egg mixture and season it with black pepper powder. last add the remaining sliced cheese and store cheese over it and canopy the implement with a lid. Cook for about seven minutes, till the surface of the eggs turns golden brown in color. Serve hot with condiment.
