Maracuja (Passion fruit mousse traybake)

Ingredients 

2 --- passion --- fruits ---- flesh  ---- scooped ---- out
250ml ---- passion --- fruit juice--- from a carton
4 --- sheets --- gelatine
2 x 400g cans --- sweetened --- condensed --- milk
500ml double --- cream ---  loosely whipped
For --- the biscuit --- base
250g digestive --- biscuits
100g butter ---- melted
{For the fruit coulis}
2 --- Mangoes
{Juice 1 lime}
2 --- tbsp. ---- golden ---- caster ---- sugar
2 --- passion --- fruits ---- flesh --- scooped --- out and --- chopped


Method 

For the base crush *** the biscuits in a basket *** with a rolling pin or pulse in a food processor. Add the *** butter and stir. Line a {20 x 30cm} cake tin with non----stick baking parchment. Tip the biscuit *** mixture in and firmly ***press * -* down. Freezing.

Mix the passion fruit flesh with the *** juice. Place the gelatine in a small **** bowl of cold water to soak. Pour the flesh and *** juice into a saucepan and*** hotness until warm. Crush *** the water out of the *** gelatine add to the pan and stir until **** dissolved then remove and pour into a bowl.

Add the milk *** and loosely whipped cream *** and fold together. Pour into the tin *** and chill *** until --- firm --- about 2 hrs.

For the coulis *** purée (1) mango with the lime *** juice and sugar in a food*** processor then stir to dissolve the *** sugar. Chop up the other*** mango.

To serve, cut the tray *** bake into squares. Top each one with the coulis *** some chopped mango and passion *** fruit.

Kittencal's Moist Cheddar-Garlic Oven Fried Chicken Breast

INGREDIENTS
1⁄3 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons minced garlic (can use a lot of or less)
2 teaspoons garlic powder, divided (garlic lovers will use more)
1⁄2 teaspoon seasoning salt (or will use white salt)
3⁄4 cup seasoned dry bread crumb (seasoned or plain)
1⁄2 cup finely grated store cheese
1⁄4 cup freshly grated cheese cheese
1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper (or to taste)
4 boned skinless chicken breasts
shredded *** store *** cheese ((((optional *** and *** use *** any *** quantity :- desired *** or *** will *** use *** chopped cheese *** cheese))))
Method
Preheat *** kitchen **** appliance *** to 350°F.
Butter associate eleven x 7-inch pan (if exploitation quite four breasts use a bigger pan).
In a bowl, mix liquid butter with contemporary minced garlic, one teaspoon garlic powder and salt.
In another bowl, mix the dry breadcrumbs with 1/2 cup finely grated store cheese, cheese cheese one teaspoon garlic powder and coarse ground black pepper.
Dip *** chicken *** in *** butter **** mixture *** then **** in *** crumb *** mixture.
Place in ready pan and bake uncovered for 35-45 minutes or till sauteed through, larger breasts could take longer (placing the chicken on a rack in a very pan can turn out an additional crisp crust).

PEPPERONI & CORN FRITTATA


Ingredients

. two tsp vegetable oil
· 100g pepperonis (sliced)
· one onion (sliced)
· two corn cobs
· two zucchinis (sliced)
· two garlic cloves (chopped)
· 6 eggs
· ½ cup milk
· 2tbsp parsley (chopped)
· one cup cheese cheese (grated)
· 50g cheddar (crumbled)
· condiment (to serve)

Method

Take a pan and warmth oil in it. Then add pepperonis with onion and keep stirring often, for a minimum of 2 minutes. Add corns, zucchinis and cut garlic in it. combine overrun a medium-low flame, till the pepperonis ar crisp and vegetables ar tender. Then take an oversized bowl and whisk eggs, milk, parsley and 1/2 the cheese cheese in it. Take a grill pan and warmth oil. Pour the egg mixture and season it with black pepper powder. last add the remaining sliced cheese and store cheese over it and canopy the implement with a lid. Cook for about seven minutes, till the surface of the eggs turns golden brown in color. Serve hot with condiment.
